The Fjords Grip Recliner offers Scandinavian design, comfort and quality at a much lower price than Ekornes Stressless® leather recliners.

The Fjords Grip leather recliner is manufactured by Hjellegjerde, a Norwegian based company founded in 1941. Hjellegjerde is certified by the International Standards Organization (ISO) which means their chairs meet both Norwegian and international standards of excellence. The Grip comes with a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty (see our warranty section for details).

The Grip features an adjustable headrest that can be moved forward and back as well as up and down. The grip is for that person seeking an incredibly soft feel, while still needing wonderful lumbar support. The grips narrow profile makes it the perfect chair for rooms with limited space. The grip is stocked in 100% Soft Line-cacao and latte leather. It can be special ordered in 3 different leather grades and in a variety of leather colors. There are five stock wood finishes for the ring base.
